All of our cars are completely handcrafted here
at Garlits Rocket Racing Designs.
The frame is crafted
from brass tubing and the body from aluminum.
We put high speed, lightweight wheels on them and all of these
things
combined creates a car that is very stable, fast, and smooth
running. The
cars are powered by rocket engines and are designed to run on
"D" size but
will accommodate "A" through "G" size.
Dimensions for the Series 1 cars are 30" long x 8"
wide x 5" tall.
Dimensions for the Series 2 cars are 32" long x 8"
wide x 6" tall
These cars can be
fired off over and over without ever hurting the integrity
of the chassis. In fact, we have cars that have been running
for over four
years and have never required any maintenance. Compare this to
what you pay
to maintain and operate gas and electric R/C cars. Not only are
our cars low
maintenance and inexpensive to operate, they will easily blow
away gas or
electric R/C cars!!!
